The deal between you and FIDS, in plain English.
FIDS is operated by Antifragile Technologies, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account or using FIDS you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a hotel or other organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
FIDS shows live departure and arrival information on screens you pair to your account. The flight and weather data come from third parties (see our Privacy Policy); we work to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee it, and coverage varies by airport. A board is guest information — not an operational, air-traffic or safety-critical system — and must not be relied on for catching a flight or for any decision where being wrong matters.
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password safe, and for the screens and settings you run under it. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think your account has been used without your permission.
Don’t use FIDS to break the law, to infringe anyone’s rights, or to attack, overload or interfere with the service for others — including probing the API or automating requests beyond ordinary use of the product. We may suspend an account that does.
Anything you add — a hotel name, an uploaded logo, screen settings — stays yours. You give us only the permission needed to store it and display it on your boards, and you confirm you have the right to use what you upload.
FIDS is provided “as is” and “as available”. It is built to run unattended and to recover on its own, but we don’t promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may add, change or remove features as the product grows. While the product is early it is offered free of charge; if that changes, we’ll tell you before any charge applies.
To the extent the law allows, Antifragile Technologies is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from reliance on flight or weather data shown on a board. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. We may update them as the product grows, and the “last updated” date above will change with it. Questions: [email protected].
